Gentle practice to reduce
stress, strenthen immune system and improve balance, posture and
peace of mind. All welcome - seated or standing.
Classes feature 5 Tai Chi
movements and *Mindful centering; *Self massage; & *Breathing,
balance & spinal flexibility exercises.
Classes limited to 10 and held
in open park spaces with minimum 6' physical separation.
Disinfected chairs provided or bring your own.
