<p>Yoga for all Abilities. Utilizing props to make poses accessible for all levels! Special attention is given to proper alignment and breathing (pranayama) techniques. Yoga can assist with aligning your body's skeletal structure along with strengthening the muscles and gaining flexibility. Yoga also has a profound effect on your mind and your emotions. The postures (asanas) themselves will only evolve into their intended form as your breath and concentration deepen. The postures along with the breath are designed to give you a healthy vigorous Mind and Body! Wear comfortable clothing that doesn't impede your movement or bind too tightly. Classes are 75min. in length. All classes at Yogamatters finish with the soothing sounds and vibrations of Antique Tibetan Bowls from Tibet, Bhutan, India! A 2 hour cancellation notice is required for all class! You will be charged as though you had arrived if you do not cancel online or by calling the studio! All missed classes must be made up within your 8 week session, no exceptions. Session dates will not be extended!</p>
