Online Class- This class blends optimal alignment with the
heat building movement and grace of vinyasa flow. Classes will
include seated, standing and supine poses, backbends and inversions
linking movement to breath. The vinyasa segment moves at a moderate
pace allowing alignment cues to be woven in. Mixed level
