Beginner Series - Level 2
Build and refine a solid Hatha Yoga practice in this 4 week series. Each week will include a full yoga practice with cuing and assists to help you explore foundational postures with safe and correct alignment so that you are able to build your confidence and continue to learn about yoga and yourself on your mat! Discussion will continue around incorporating yoga into your everyday life, meditation, pranayama and using props to help support your practice.
