Whether it is your first baby or not, over a nine-month period a woman experiences enormous physical, emotional and spiritual changes that prepare her to create and welcome a new human being into the world. In this class yoga postures specifically for strengthening, increasing flexibility, and relaxing the rapidly changing body of a pregnant woman are taught. Meditation, combined with visualization and breathing techniques are introduced which will support and guide you through pregnancy, labor and delivery.</p>
