<div>The Psoas and Hips class focuses on the engine of our body. The psoas and hips are the middle of the body that is responsible for connecting the upper half to the lower half. Sitting at a desk, in a car, or just living life, can cause this area to get blocked. Throughout this class we'll work on unglueing the pelvis and creating a stronger feeling of a full connected body instead of individual parts.</div>

<div><strong>We know timing a livestream class with your schedule can be challenging so we offer recordings of ALL of our classes.</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> To receive a class recording, simply enroll in the class. All class registrants receive recordings within 24 hours after class. The recording link will be viewable for 3 days from the scheduled class time.</span></div>
