Like the element of water, they are designed to let breath flow through the body and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. When out of balance, Kapha energey can feel unmotivated, lethargic, or heavy. Our Kapha classes will guide you through a restful practice that is focused on balancing those energies with gentle movement, a deep focus on breath and opportunities for meditation so that you can reset your spirit and get back on track for the tasks ahead.</span></p>
