This Virtual class is an intense awakening to your day! After a brief warm up we will hit it hard with a powerful vinyasa sequence that will increase the heart rate, get the sweat machine activated and work all the major muscle groups. At the end of class you will feel challenged and refreshed!
This is an awesome crosee training yoga practice for athletes that will still deliver cardiovascular needs of your training. Appropriate modifications will be given to the new yogis.
