Our bodies are always living in the present moment and by bringing our attention to our body, our minds can also rest in moment to moment awareness--a welcome relief from the swirling anxieties of this uncertain time.  This class will focus on breathing, stretching, strengthening and most importantly connecting to ourselves and each other. 

Props needed: large towels, cans of beans, ties and other common household items.

Special Instructions

We are using the Cisco Webex platform for virtual classes.  After booking you will receive an email confirmation with the link to your virtual class and login instructions (it’s easy!).  Please note: virtual class purchases are non-refundable and expire 30 days from date of purchase or when the studio re-opens.
