<p>It’s extra intense right now on new moms to be separated from the support of family and friends. This class offers much needed relaxation, nourishment and restoration. Show up as you are to practice some yoga poses for healing and safely regaining strength, pelvic floor and belly health, deep breathing, heart opening and connection about our journeys as mothers. </p>
