Due to our new acquaintance, COVID-19, and the unfortunate nature of having to close our facility, we here at RISE are offering exclusive classes to our members that you can access from the comfort of your own home.
Get up and moving! This class is designed for beginners and elderly. We incorporate low-impact movements to prevent injuries by increasing muscle strength and overall energy. All you need is a chair, light dummbells (or soup cans) and maybe a broomstick!
