<p>This class nourishes & activates core awarness . It is combined with a well rounded sequence of postures and mindful movement at times using the addition of props to target core , glutes and more. It is open to all levels and abilities We include options to suit where you are at. We will include some nourishment for the abdominals , pelvic stablity and spinal mobility , with some challenges each week by request. Each week will have a different focus & each class will include meditation to bring more awareness to the Subtle Body. This class is a definate game changer as far as bringing balance into your routine and vital for those who need to bring more stablity & functional fitness into their practice</p>
