This changes the curvature of the neck and spine, causes overstretching and weakening of the muscles around the shoulder blades, and shortens the muscles in chest area, creating tightness and tension in the back, neck, and shoulders. This class will combine stretching and strengthening to rebalance postural muscles, increase flexibility, and open up tight spaces in the shoulders, neck and upper back.</span></p>
