Turbo Barre is our newest class format. Inspired
by ballet movements, Barre combines ballet, yoga, and Pilates for a
full body muscle-toning workout. This class is designed to focus on
small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment, and core
engagement. Set to upbeat music, this class is fun and energetic!
Class runs 26-minutes with 15-bonus minutes at the end for those
who want to continue.
