<p>We often hear the word's flexibility and range of motion thrown around interchangeably. What’s the difference, and is there one? Is tightness the same thing as a lack of flexibility? In this clinic, we are going to discuss the technical differences between these terms and ways that we can safely increase our range of motion while protecting our joints. We will meet live on April 15th at 6 pm for a 30-minute module on anatomy/biomechanics with open questions and an optional mini-flow through the end of a 60-minute block. Additionally, if you miss the session a recording will be available for 1 week after the class.</p>
