Honour stillness, reconnect with patience, and drop into the
body, out of the mind. This 60-minute yin class strings together
longer and deeper held postures of 3 minutes or more to assist in
the fascial release, the system in the body where consciousness and
energy flow. Find balance by slowing down in your yin practice,
sitting through discomfort or dissonance to transform, to activate
the chakras, and learn about yourself more deeply.
