Your Pilates practice will expand as we begin to learn new ways to further strengthen the body and integrate our minds more fully into the work. This class is for those who have successfully demonstrated the basic Pilates principals and fundamental exercises in Pilates Beginner/Intermediate Reformer and have a regular practice. We will help you integrate advanced work on the Pilates Reformer encouraging balance and endurance.

YOU MUST HAVE A REFORMER FOR THIS CLASS
