It is a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. <strong>Tabata</strong> is a highly efficient method to achieve maximum results by helping you burn fat.</p>
<p>Our Virtual Tabata Class will use body - weight movements to help you get strong and lean. We use a sepcial timer system made by NinjaWorks, to follow the precise Tabata formula with ques counting you in and out of the workout. A guided workout with high energy coaches to push you through the workout is a lot of fun and can bring you huge results. </p>
