<p>Contemporary Pilates Mat is based on the work of Joseph Pilates but applies modern research and ideas influenced from excercise science and physical therapy to create a powerful and truly dynamic workout. This intermediate level class will provide a full body workout incorporating common props for added feedback. Common props we will use include a yoga block, magic circle, dowel, excercise sliders, yoga or stretching strap, theraband, 9" inflated ball, 4" inflated bal.and hand weights. The prop needed will be included with your zoom link. If you do not own any of these props we can get creative and find household items such as towels, paper plates, and broom sticks to still enhance our workout!</p>
