This Yoga Therpay Class livestreams for 60 minutes and focus on the whole Body System. In times of Stress our body, Mind and even the breath get into a fight and flight reaction. All of the ogans of our bodysystem (Muscular, Skeletal, Circulatory, Endocrine, Digestive, Nervous, Immune) are interdependent. This class focus on Strengthening and Balacing your body System for better health and wellness. This session includes: Sound Healings, Breath, Afirmation, Somatics, Movements and Meditations are all part of the balacing process.
