Join us for yoga to unwind from your day. It’s a balanced combination of sustained and flowing poses in a mindful progression from one to another. Mindfulness; observing breath and body are an integral part of class.
After booking your class the day of your class you will receive a ZOOM link via email. Please ensure your email notifications are turned on as they will be automatically sent.
Cancellation: Please cancel (Virtual Classes) 3 hours in advance or more to avoid a late cancellation fee
