In this group we will use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to
gain perspective and peace with difficult situations.
This group offer is four zoom sessions, each session is about 75
minutes long and the price for all four sessions is $50.
EFT is a non-invasive method which uses a gentle tapping technique on some of the acupressure points of the body.
The tapping reduces cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and sends calming signals to the brain.
The result is a feeling of calm, a more focused mind, clarity for better decision making and generally a less stressed version of YOU.
