<p>The hands and feet are points through which we can ground down in our practice. They are similar in so many ways, and yet, quite different. In this clinic, we will talk about how to strengthen the hands and feet through different exercises or motions that we can do both inside and outside our yoga practice. We will meet live on April 22nd at 6 pm for a 30-minute module on anatomy/biomechanics with open questions and an optional mini-flow through the end of a 60-minute block. Additionally, if you miss the session a recording will be available for 1 week after the class.</p>
