This restorative practice helps us slow down and calm our minds and bodies as we practice. Through centering, focusing on breath, intentions, mindful movements, supported shapes, and a guided meditation, we can shift from sympathetic (fight or flight) to parasympathetic (rest and restore) nervous system, helping calm and heal our minds and bodies. A few pillows and a blanket will help you better enjoy this relaxing practice.
