<p>This class is done while sitting in a chair and also standing next to the chair while using it for balance, if preferred. You will not get down on the floor. We may also use the wall and other props during our practice for additional work on balance, strength and flexibility. </p>

<p>This class is suitable for anyone - and is particularly good for those with limited mobility or unsteady equilibrium. Those who want more challenge can work without the chair. </p>
