<p>Our signature strength workout is programmed monthly to offer progressions that get you stronger, help balance and increase mobility. Small group training (max 6 clients per session) keeps your experienced personalized. A combination of Pialtes mat exercise and strength training circuts give you mobility, core strength and functional strength all in one workout. A resistance tube or dumbbells may be used in this session.</p>
