<div>Empire’s Technique 101 Class is a prerequisite for any Crew who are participating in any biennial Empire Strength Testing.</div>
<p>Working on a monthly rotating roster, this Class teaches the fundamentals of Compound Lifts Barbell Bench Press, Barbell Squats & the infamous Deadlifts!</p>
<p>The Empire Coaches will teach you everything you need to know & zero lifting experience is required to participate. Your coach will take you from never using a barbell, to being well versed in all primary Compound lifts with your consistent attendance.</p>
<p>Each week a particular Lift & accessory movement is focused on to ensure all Crew execute the lift safely & alterations to positioning can be made by your Coach to improve your lifting capability – who doesn’t want that?!</p>
<p>The rotating roster is as follows (& can be tracked by checking Mind Body at any time):</p>
<p>Week 1 Bench Accessories</p>
<p>Week 2 Squat Accessories</p>
<p>Week 3 Deadlift Accessories</p>
<p>Week 4 Triple Lift (All 3 Compound Lifts)</p>
<p>As this class requires significant support from Empire Coaches, Technique 101 is capped at 6 Crew for 10AM & 8 Crew at 5:15PM (get in quick though as this class fills FAST!)</p>
