Meditation will relax the body, quiet the mind and soothe the soul. All will be led in a gentle guided meditation asking for Blessings for ourselves, our families, friends and all the people of the world. </span></p>

Our smallest of intentions come from a space of clarity and purify our offerings. Only then we are true to ourselves and have something to offer others. May all live in Lovingkindness. </span></p>
