<p>This yoga series of twenty-six yoga postures and two breathing exercises is designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles, ligaments, tendons and internal organs. The posture sequence systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood throughout the body and works on balance, strength, flexibility and alignment. This class is led in a hot room (105 degrees) and is suitable for everyone. It is offered in 60, 75 minute formats.</p>
