Become an Instant Yogi! If you are new to yoga, been
away from your practice for awhile, recovering from physical
situations, you will love this class. It's a teaching class to get
you into proper form. You will learn all about the philosophy of
yoga, connect with your breath, relax, de-stress, and feel
nourished.
You will experience a 10 minute meditation at the end of class
supported by your teacher.
