<p>This is a slow to moderate paced class intended to teach beginners how to link mind, body, and breath through a flow of foundational asanas. This class is structured for students who have completed our Beginner Yoga and Core Basics Series or anyone familiar with diaphragmatic and ujayyi breathing, as well as Surya Namaskar A and B (sun salutations).</p>
<p>In this 60 minute class we focus on the basics as we move with the breath through basic asanas, practice breathing exercises, and end each class with a guided relaxation. This class is structured for beginner students, however Beginner Flow is suitable for advanced students interested in revisiting the basics. </p>
