<p>Guided meditation in the yoga room! This class is appropriate for beginner as well as more seasoned meditators. Students may sit in a chair or on the floor. </p>
<div>This 45-minute class begins with mindfulness meditation and continues with a journaling session, an inspirational teaching and a take-home practice to try out for the week. Each class will include a different inspirational teaching, such as a reading from the Bible or from Search Inside Yourself.</div>
