The poses are held for longer periods of time (anywhere from 45 seconds to two minutes for beginners, up to five minutes or more for more advanced students). This style of yoga is very different than the vinyasa style you may be used to. It is passive, reflective, and introspective. It penetrates deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating your energetic body to release blockages and increase energy flow.</span> </p>
