<p>We will start with a discussion of current Pole Goals (so come with a move in mind) and then we will do a warm up/ conditioning circuit to help towards those goals. Then we will break down the moves so everyone can work at/ "study" them at their own pace, and Jess will watch and give individualized advice on techniques and form.</p>
