The Sanskrit word Vinyasa means “To put in a special place” Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style that is paced by the breath. It's versatility and maleability makes it a wonderful medium for students of yoga to build strength, flexibility, focus, endurance and mindfullness. Vinyasa and Meditation is a class for students who already understand the basics of Vinyasa and are ready to work with fun new flows and novel poses. Expect to break a sweat!
