<p>Vertical Barre is where classical ballet meets pole. This class focuses on traditional ballet barre work with inspiration from yoga and pilates order to condition your body and posture. Classical ballet technique and BATD syllabus skills will be incorporated. Movements are low impact and focuses on the isometric contraction in order to build strength and long lean dancers muscle. The class is broken down into 40 minutes of barre training and 20 minutes of flexibility training</p>
