This is a modified Obsidian class available for individuals that may be new to fitness or Obsidian. If you are not new or looking for modifications, be sure to let your trainer know! She will be happy to push your limits. Don’t let the name deceive you…this class is FUN and challenging. Calories you will burn: 350-600.
It is highly recommended you join at home with the Obsidian Board (available here). Options will be provided if you do not have the Obsidian Board or other equipment at home such as dumbbells, cables, etc. We look forward to helping you slide into the best shape of your life in the comfort of your own home...or backyard, or office!
