Description:
This class is for
intermediate-level practitioners that are looking to challenge
themselves with moves such as elbow circles, drops, hip circles,
and spinning techniques.
Level 2 Requirements:
- Strong unassisted pullover mount.
- Able to perform hanging, knee, and catcher beats.
- Comfortable will single knee hangs, ankle hangs and arm hangs.
- Have a strong front/back balance.
- Can invert in the ropes without assistance.
- Able to string together three basic sequences.
