Gentle Flow Yoga class is a blend of Bitsy's weekly Hatha
Class and Vinyasa Flow to facilitate returning to your yoga
practice during this Phase 2 lifting of the “shelter in place”
order. There is a companion Virtual Zoom class if you're not ready
to return to the studio.
This class is accessible to those with little yoga background,
as well as those who wish to deepen their practice through personal
guidance.
A lively practice linking movement with the breath and
bringing balance to mind, body and spirit.
Yoga Types: Hatha & Vinyasa Flow

and basic knowledge of the poses is helpful, but not required
