posture in this four-week Pilates Boot Camp for Beginners. Ideal
for anyone who wants to start their day with a rigorous yet safe
core workout. Each Pilates class will progress from lying down to
sitting to standing so that you leave feeling taller, energized and
aligned. The sequence of exercises will build in complexity and
difficulty, challenging your stamina, body control and focus. You
will learn the classical beginner Pilates mat sequence and the main
principles of the Pilates method.
No prior experience with Pilates is necessary to
participate.
