Each week will alternate between forward folds/inversions and backbends/inversions so that people who attend regularly will have the chance to ask questions and refine their understanding of all directions of yogic movement. This class is for those who are already familiar with yoga and is open to all ages and levels of strength/flexibility. Not recommended for beginners or students with acute injuries.</p>
