<p style="font-weight: 400;">Aerial Strength & Stretch is for those students with a basic understanding and ability to achieve the seven foundational wraps of aerial yoga and are looking to increase their strength and deepen their stretching. This class combines aerial yoga with higher intensity strength movements and exercises to increase your heart rate, build strength, and increase flexibility using your body weight and yoga props. This class is a great option if you are looking for a fun workout/yoga session or if you are looking to increase your ability to achieve more advanced aerial wraps and movements. As with all aerial yoga classes, expect to have fun!</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Students are strongly encouraged to attend a minimum of 3 Aerial Beginner classes before attending Aerial Strength and Stretch as the foundational wraps presented and practiced in Beginner Aerial are used in this class to safely achieve the movements, postures, and exercises presented in this class. A natural progression for all aerial yoga classes may be taking 3 beginner level classes and then moving on; however, there are times when more beginner classes are appropriate based on the individual student’s needs. For questions about what is right for you, please speak with the instructor of your current class.</p>
