Our flagship class, Cross Training uses a combination of strength, cardio and core exercises to help you burn calories, get strong and feel confident in your body. They may introduce high intensity intervals to enhance weight loss while increasing strength and stamina. Coaches choose how to format each class but you will ALWAYS get a full-body workout! Suitable for most abilities.
Our classes themes differ by day and typically follow this format:
Mondays = strength and cardio
Tuesdays = cardio/core focus (may include HiiT or Tabatas)
Wednesdays = 6am strength, 9am cardio + strength
Thursdays = 6am cardio/core focus, 6pm cardio/core, 6:30pm strength
Fridays = 6am strength, 9am cardio, 9:30am strength
Saturdays = cardio focus
