Vinyasa yoga (moving postures
linked together with breath) is designed to keep things fresh for
continuing students while supporting students that are new to yoga
but prefer a bit of a challenge.
Focus is on body alignment as you
learn how to regulate optimal breath to sustain postures and flow
with them. Each class contains variations as we explore, focus, and
highlight specific areas of the body and energetic
centers.
The pace of this class can be
invigorating and postures are accessible to most participants and
can always be modified to honor your own body. The nature of this
yoga style is to connect with and establish a balance of mind,
body, and spirit. The practice closes with relaxation postures in
which to reflect and reconnect with yourself. You will finish this
practice feeling present, energized, and calm!
