Online class. Slow Deep Fusion weaves together the principles of Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Slower, strength building movement will be anchored by longer held and prop supported deep and passive poses. Classe generally includes pranayama (breath exercise) or short silent meditation and/or guided visualization. The use of props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks & strap are encouraged to assist with body awareness and proper alignment. This class is appropriate for all who seek stress relief, deep stretch, and balancing effort and ease.
