<p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;">A movement inspired class where students will learn not only how to keep their hoop spinning while moving and grooving, but they will also be encouraged to master fluid and mesmerizing on-and-off body moves, tricks, spins, and isolations!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva;">Designed for both male and female students, we teach core skills, (Don’t worry, we’ll teach everybody how to keep that hoop up!) advanced tricks, and basic free-form dance. Hoop dance helps develop hand-eye coordination, body movement awareness, and improves cardiovascular stamina all while burning nearly as many calories per/hr as running. It also encourages self-expression and is just plain FUN!</span></p>
