<p><strong>HIIT/CORE Outdoors </strong>is a conditioning and core workout with a focus on core exercises and total body conditioning. The workout is done in the parking lot of Miracle Performance</p>
<p>All HIIT/CORE workouts are <em>Low Impact/High Intensity, </em>designed to burn maximal calories while minimizing stress on your joints.</p>
<p>You will need to bring:</p>
<p>1. One Set of light dumbbells (between 5-10lbs)</p>
<p>2. Exercise Mat</p>
<p>3. Water</p>
<p>The workout class will be weather permitting - in case of cancelation there is a Virtul Training Class option at the same time.</p>
