<p>Have you ever thought of performing in the Circus? Does Cirque Du Soleil inspire you with their aerial acrobatics? Welcome to Aerial Hammock, a beginning step into the Aerialist form of dance. In this class you will learn to increase your strength, flexibility, endurance and core strength. In the beginner level you will start with stretching using various different static stretches using the hammock. You will learn various inversions which will aid in decompressing your back and work in developing core and arm strength by doing several types of exercises. You will feel your strength build and your muscles elongating as your improve and progress. As you get stronger you will learn how to wrap your body around the hammock to create beautiful poses which will create a dance as you move thru the air in the hammock.This is fun and exciting class that will allow your creativity to thrive as you dance in the air. *PLEASE WEAR LEGGINGS AND A FORM FITTING TANK TOP OR WORKOUT SHIRT TUCKED IN. *</p>
