Yoga for Strength & Mobility is just as the name
implies. Using the breath and a variety of postures we will
increase strength using body weight resistance, resistance bands
and kettle bell weights. To increase mobility, a variety of
stretching techniques will be utilized throughout the class as well
as foam rollers and balls. This practice is great for those
looking to increase & balance strength throughout the body as
well as those with limited mobility.
This class can be as challenging or gentle as you'd like it to
be - you set the bar! A variety of options will be offered.
