This is a vinyasa-based class, linking one pose to the next
flowing through breath and movement. In this class, you’ll be
practicing Sun Salutations that build strength and endurance. You
will gain flexibility and balance at a slower pace, allowing time
to enjoy each pose or sequence with rest in between. Students are
encouraged to listen to their own bodies and do what is appropriate
and safe for them. All the poses can be modified as needed for the
individual. Beginners welcome.
